Slightly Miffed - One Leg Too Many (Slightly Fishy)

Slightly Miffed are back after 4 years of lounging around patting themselves on the back and basking in the glory of their first album and now, they've gone techno! Well, not really. In a Pitchshifter / Johnny Violent gabba kind of way. But there are beats, they're big, and they mean business.

I'm writing this review the day after seeing Gong in concert so I'm in the mood for off the wall, off kilter, off their bleeding heads alt rock and roll with garage beats. Across 15 tracks and 3 minute video, SLightly Miffed throw in just about every rock and dance genre you can think of, preferably within one 3 minute song.

So, if its death metal gabba disco hip hop rock and roll that you're after then this could very well become a good friend of yours. Star of the show is definitely Dylan the computer, and if he could just get rid of the human hangers on who're holding him back, then he could be the next big thing. The campaign for a solo album starts here!
